Billing and refund policy

Credits are prepaid usage and are not refundable, used or unused. Buy the pack that fits: credits never expire, so nothing you buy is ever lost or rushed.

You pay only for calls that return data. A call that fails - every upstream source down, an invalid parameter, an outage on our side - costs 0 credits, and a fallback attempt after a native source blocks is at our cost, not yours.

A double charge, a wrong amount, or credits that did not arrive after a payment: email support@socialsearchapi.com from the address on your account and we make it right by correcting the credit balance. We find everything else from that address. Never email the key itself: it's a password, and we will never ask for it.

You bought from Automation Craft, Karnataka, India, GSTIN 29ETFPM5577J1ZW, the seller of record; PayPal collected the payment as our processor. Your payment confirmation comes from us by email (a GST tax invoice on request) and the charge appears as PAYPAL *AUTOMATIONC on your statement. If PayPal processes a refund or a reversal (including a dispute you raise through PayPal's resolution centre) on a purchase, the credits that purchase loaded are removed from the account. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
