GSTIN 29ETFPM5577J1ZW. These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.

socialsearchapi provides programmatic read access to publicly available content on third-party platforms - the same content any logged-out visitor can see in a web browser - returned in a unified JSON schema. Access is sold as prepaid credits. We never ask for, accept, or use anyone's platform login credentials, and we do not access content behind a login wall, paywall, or privacy setting. You buy credits from Automation Craft, the seller of record. Payment is collected by PayPal, our payment processor: you pay with a PayPal balance or a card, PayPal's user agreement governs the payment itself, and we never see or hold your card details. Prices are in US dollars and no tax is added at checkout (export of services from India). Automation Craft emails your payment confirmation when the credits land (a GST tax invoice on request); PayPal sends its own payment receipt. The charge appears as PAYPAL *AUTOMATIONC on your statement. PayPal cannot take domestic Indian payments for us at present: buyers in India email support@socialsearchapi.com and we handle it from there.

You may query public content and use the results in your own product, analysis or research. You may NOT use the API for: surveillance or behavioural monitoring of individuals; facial recognition or biometric identification; re-identifying or de-anonymising individuals; profiling based on sensitive attributes; harassment, stalking or doxxing; sending spam or unsolicited messages; training systems to impersonate real people; reselling raw API output without meaningful transformation or added value; any activity that violates the source platform's terms as they apply to you, or any applicable law. We suspend keys for any of these, without refund of used credits.

You are responsible for how you use, store and further process the data you retrieve, including compliance with data-protection law (GDPR, DPDP Act and equivalents) for anything you retain. If you republish content, respect the original author's rights and the source platform's attribution norms.

We do not provide LinkedIn data, private or logged-in content, direct messages, personal contact details, or anything behind an authentication wall. We do not offer bulk data dumps or historical archives - the API answers live, per-request queries only.

Best effort. Upstream platforms block, rate-limit and change without notice; automatic failover covers a lot of that but not all of it. There is no uptime SLA on the standard plans.

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the credits remaining on your account.
